Humans have the built in ability to modify & create mater from the brain. The frontal lobe sort of lights up when proper chakra energy is being accessed & ones thoughts start materializing.

Fruitarian E.T.s who Live 1000+years
Pleiadians as well as many other E.T. species are Fruitarian.
This means they consume only organic fruit & herbs baring seed. Humanity used to be this way before they were introduced to other technology by other E.T. races. This brought sickness and eventually death to the human race. When one eats according to their original kind, in the right enviroment one can live as long as the Pleiadians without aging only becoming smarter & more advanced.
Many of you already know that meat turns into acid and eats away at your insides as well.
Pasteurized Dairy and even juice products also do the same.
Also these cause you to mucus which is actually parasite slim filled with eggs so that they hatch in the cooked, processed, or unatural food that you consume. Almost everyone has parasites that make them crave food. Be free from your cravings & the bacteria in your gut that is making you hungry>
When I consume only fruits I loose all signs of hunger & have way more energy!
When in a positive vibration & after a series of cleansing one can live without food or drink as well. Living this was is called Breatharianism.

Pleiadian Ashtar Sheran Incarnate Galactic Family

Our planet Gaia Earth was taken over by Zeta Grey & other species of E.T.s many years ago.
The origional creators of mankind left the planet & the dark cabal silently are taking over the surface of the planet. Actually they influence most of everyone on the surface of this planet.
They build cities to encase us. Put us in enviroments cut off from mother/father earth.
They are behind the wars and there vibration or energies of consciousness (thoughts) influence the planets population. They are behind all sickness, disease, famine, for at one time this planet was perfect inside& out.
The Dark cabal have been raging war in our star sector for a long time. Everything that is in organic is built by them & they have successfully turned us who were once gods or angels into a fallen race alled man.
You can connect with who you once were before incarnating in this time period.
I am a Pleiadian that has been reincarnated on this planet, sort of a starseed.
I had command over many other angelic E.T.s & it was my mission to remove the dark cabal from the cosmos. I am constantly getting memories of what life is like in the Pleiadies.

Creators of Human kind Elohim
The perfect Elohim decided one day to create beings that resembled them, make man in their image. This creation was designed to be the governors of Gaia, planet earth. Man is designed to partake of fruits & herbs. The original design is for us is to be fruit & herb planting machines.
Equipped with ESP the original earth men had many of what we call superpowers or paranormal abilities.
Once the living library (earth) was attacked by other E.T.s they first put them in bondage by having man consume fruits (food) that is designed to shut down mans HUman powers, darken the chakras & cut them off from the original design. Cooking plants, animals,... KILLS man, creates & feeds parasites!
You were never designed to eat any other flesh but that of fruits & herbs!! 99% of all health issues are a result of what we comsume! Man can be restored to super-HU(god)-man state when he/she consumes only raw fruit & herbs!!!
The parasites infestation of our species has created war, disconnect, hatred, & violence.
Most of earths population eats food that tunes their vibratoinal frequency (gives us thoughts) that are either negative or keep operating within certain boundaries.
HU in the greek meens God. Humans are designed to be telepathically connected to the God head through the crown chakra, therefore we once were Godmen.
